Water, Fire and Drywall

It's been a busy week in these parts. First, we had a slow waterline leak to address. Follow that by a weekend highlighted with veggie burgers and wheelbarrows filled to the brim with fireworks. We think Winslow was a little depressed on Sunday night since he didn't have a party to attend and sport his American flag bandito.

Today, the drywall contractor is in the basement mudding away. Paint chips and cork flooring samples line the counter tops in preparation for the Basement Grand Reveal in honor of Greg's 30th birthday next month.

I hope to post pictures of the progress in the basement soon. Sheesh! It's consumed most of our summer!
